| AACM + Great Black Music Project: New Concert Series |

Friday, December 9, 2011 7:00PM The AACM is proud to collaborate with The Great Black Music Project at Northeastern Illinois University as part of their new concert series presented at the Jacob Carruthers Center for Inner City Studies. This is a wonderful opportunity for both organizations to bring original and creative music to Chicago audiences. Admission is free. This concert will be held December 9, 2011 and will feature members of the AACM as they perform a Pre Kwanza Celebration: Imani Suite. This concert is free and open to the public. AACM Great Black Music Ensemble Residency Sunday, December 4th and 11th 3:00pm The AACM continues its residency at the Southside Community Arts Center with concerts featuring the Great Black Music Ensemble. Featuring compositions by AACM members and collective improvisation, it’s a Sunday afternoon that you won’t soon forget. Admission is $10 general admission and $5 for students and seniors |
